Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Home Wiz Property Care LLC(“Home Wiz”, “we”, “us” or “ our”) governing your use of the Home Wizmobile applications, our website and the home-services bookings we provide (together, the “Services”).

By downloading, accessing or using the Services — or by placing a booking — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Home Wiz provides on-demand home services in Dubai — including cleaning and related services — which you can browse, book and manage through the App and Site. We connect you with vetted, insured service professionals and coordinate the delivery of your booking.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Availability of particular services, time slots and coverage areas may vary.

You create and manage your Home Wiz account inside the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at info@homes-wiz.com if you suspect any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you place a booking you make an offer to purchase the selected service for the date, time and address you specify. A booking is confirmed once we accept it and you receive a confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate service details and safe, timely access to the property.

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, where applicable, include Value Added Tax (VAT). The price for your service is confirmed in the App before you complete your booking.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us and Stripe to charge the applicable amount for your booking. We do not store your full card details. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s terms.

You can cancel or reschedule a booking through the App. Cancellations or changes made with reasonable notice before the scheduled start time are free of charge; late cancellations or no-shows that prevent us from delivering the service may incur a fee, which will be disclosed to you before it is applied.

If something isn't right with a completed service, contact us within a reasonable time and we will work to put it right — including, where appropriate, arranging a re-clean at no extra cost. Refunds, where due, are made to your original payment method.

When using the Services, you agree to:

• provide safe access to the property and a safe working environment for our professionals;
• secure or remove cash, jewellery, fragile items and other valuables before a visit;
• provide accurate information about the property, service and any hazards; and
• treat our professionals with respect and refrain from any unlawful, abusive or discriminatory conduct.

You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, photos and other content. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. By submitting content you grant Home Wiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Services. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services or their underlying systems;
• interfere with other users, our professionals, or the security of the Services; or
• copy, scrape or exploit the Services or their content except as expressly permitted.

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos and the “Home Wiz” brand, are owned by or licensed to Home Wiz Property Care LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App and Site for their intended personal, non-commercial purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store's terms, and the following applies:

• This agreement is between you and Home Wiz only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. The App store providers are not responsible for the App or its content.
• Your licence to use the App is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on any device you own or control, as permitted by the applicable store's usage rules.
• The store provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory or consumer-protection claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant government embargo and are not on a prohibited-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to your use of the App.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (such as payment, mapping and analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Wiz Property Care LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Wiz Property Care LLC and its officers, employees and professionals from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or unlawful conduct, or as needed to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
